Our Beers

We started off this beer as if it were a West Coast and brewed 400L. We split the base beer into batches and re-fermented one with marmalade,
while steeping another over dried orange peel.
More beer was adulterated with Mamade™.
We enlisted Maria, a local marmalade guru.
Maria berates her husband and leaves us to it.
One batch is agitated.
Another is left to rest.
We tasted.
We blended.
We re-tasted.
We added more marmalade.
We refermented.
We added more adjuncts.
We reblended.
We tasted one last time.
Then we threw it all together and called it Marmalade.

Will we brew this again? Probably not.
